Putting All Your Pieces Together
Psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families
You have done it. This is the first step.
Welcome to KaleidoCare Psychotherapy. I’m a qualified psychotherapist offering therapy for individuals and families. My approach is grounded in integrative systemic therapy and DBT. I offer online therapy for individuals, but also in-person sessions for individuals, couples and families in Bromsgrove.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for change - and that sometimes we just need a safe space to understand our patterns and reconnect with what matters.
On this website, you’ll find everything you need to get started: details about my services, session fees and what to expect if you decide to start your therapy journey with me. I have also included all the important legal policies and rules of my practice, so that you can access them anytime you need.
Whether you’re navigating complex life situations, recent changes, trying to understand yourself better or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in putting the pieces together.
Hi! Nice to meet you.
Experienced DBT therapist, working with Bordeline Personality Disorder
Specialising in anxiety, emotional instability and self-harm. Supporting clients with autism (even pre-diagnosis).
Master’s degree and Bsc(hons) from a medical faculty and complete Psychotherapy Training in Family Psychotherapy
My name is Kristýna Hallam (she/her). My core psychotherapy training is in Integrative Systemic Family Therapy, and I have additional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Crisis Intervention, and Motivational Interviewing. I also have a Master’s degree in a Healthcare specialisation in addiction prevention and treatment.
Alongside my private practice, I currently work in a hospice setting, supporting individuals and families through emotionally complex and often challenging times.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Association for Family Therapy (AFT). My work is regularly supervised by an accredited systemic supervisor.
I have almost a decade of experience working in mental health services. I specialise in working with young adults or teenagers and their families who need help navigating a challenging period of their lives. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, borderline personality disorder and I also support neurodivergent clients, including those on the autism spectrum.
I believe that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment and is capable of change. In therapy, we’ll work together to build sustainable habits, move toward your goals, and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself and your boundaries.

Services and Fees
Individual therapy
(50 min)
£60 in person or £50 online via secure platform
Whethever you are looking for long-term therapy or are not sure what exactly to expect, I am happy to figure out your goal together.
Integrative individual therapy is tailored to you. You might need help understanding your patterns, gain deeper insight into your mind or feel like you need support in practising or learning new coping skills, this will be your space to focus on only you.
Couple Therapy
(75 min)
Systemic couple therapy usually takes place once a month and it is focused on you as partners. It can be difficult to change old habits or adjust to a new situation, but coming to therapy isn’t about something being broken - it is about looking for the right next step.
My approach focuses on the patterns between people, not placing blame on any one person. Together, we’ll explore how your dynamics have developed over time, and find new ways of relating that feel more connected, respectful, and workable for everyone involved.
Family Therapy
(75 min)
Couple and Family sessions are £80 per session and are only available in-person.
In family therapy, we create a space where everyone’s voice can be heard and where the focus is on understanding, not blame. It’s not about pointing fingers, but about exploring how your relationships and communication patterns are working—and how they might work better.
Whether you're navigating conflict, emotional distance, mental health concerns, or big changes at home, this space is designed to support the whole family in moving forward together with more empathy, clarity, and connection.
All in-person sessions take place in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

FAQs
-
There’s no threshold you need to meet to start therapy—you don’t have to feel “bad enough.” Therapy is for anyone seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and feelings.
If there’s something in your life or mind you’d like to change, you’re already on the right path. We’ll figure out the “how” together.
-
Your first session is our opportunity to get to know each other and explore what brings you here. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations, and I’ll walk you through confidentiality and practical details (which will be outlined in the contract I’ll send before our session). We’ll also decide together if the fit feels right. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—this is your space, at your pace.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people resolve a specific issue in just a few sessions, while others find deeper growth in ongoing work.
Individual therapy: I recommend starting with six sessions (weekly or fortnightly), then reviewing our progress together.
Couple & family therapy: These often take place monthly; I typically suggest an initial block of 3–5 sessions. -
I specialise in working with young adults, teenagers, and their families, though I also see individuals of any adult age. My clients often seek support with anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship challenges, life transitions, and neurodiversity-related issues.
