Putting All Your Pieces Together

Psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families

You have done it. This is the first step.

Welcome to KaleidoCare Psychotherapy. I’m a qualified psychotherapist offering therapy for individuals and families. My approach is grounded in integrative systemic therapy and DBT. I offer online therapy for individuals, but also in-person sessions for individuals, couples and families in Bromsgrove.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for change - and that sometimes we just need a safe space to understand our patterns and reconnect with what matters.

On this website, you’ll find everything you need to get started: details about my services, session fees and what to expect if you decide to start your therapy journey with me. I have also included all the important legal policies and rules of my practice, so that you can access them anytime you need.

Whether you’re navigating complex life situations, recent changes, trying to understand yourself better or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in putting the pieces together.

Couple Therapy (Relationship Counselling)

(75 min)

Systemic couple therapy usually takes place once a month and it is focused on you as partners. It can be difficult to change old habits or adjust to a new situation, but coming to therapy isn’t about something being broken - it is about looking for the right next step.

My approach focuses on the patterns between people, not placing blame on any one person. Together, we’ll explore how your dynamics have developed over time, and find new ways of relating that feel more connected, respectful, and workable for everyone involved.

Family Therapy

(75 min)

Couple and Family sessions are £90 per session and are only available in-person.

In family therapy, we create a space where everyone’s voice can be heard and where the focus is on understanding, not blame. It’s not about pointing fingers, but about exploring how your relationships and communication patterns are working—and how they might work better.

Whether you're navigating conflict, emotional distance, mental health concerns, or big changes at home, this space is designed to support the whole family in moving forward together with more empathy, clarity, and connection.

All in-person sessions take place in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
