FAQs
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I am a systemic family therapist and I am trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) as well. I offer individual therapy online and in-person in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. I also offer couple and family sessions in person.
Who do you work with?
I have experience working with people who were diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression or are waiting for a diagnosis. My clients often need help managing self-harm, obsessive thoughts, low moods or navigating relationships.
However, you don’t need to have a diagnosis to start therapy and I am happy to work on goals connected to your self-esteem, goals in life or setting boundaries. I often help families that are currently going through a change or experienced a significant life event recently.
I am not sure if I should pick individual therapy or try couple / family sessions.
Individual therapy focuses on your personal thoughts, emotions, and coping skills—ideal if you’re exploring inner patterns or learning new strategies.
Couple therapy is best when you and your partner want to improve communication, intimacy, or plan for your future together.
Family therapy can help when you’re facing long-term challenges or major changes—such as health declines, mental health concerns, or separation.
If you’re undecided, we can discuss your needs in our initial chat and choose the format that feels most helpful for your goals.
Do you offer therapy in any other languages?
Yes, I can offer therapy in English and in Czech or Slovak. Let me know while booking your fist session if you prefer any of the mentioned languages.
Are you currently taking clients?
Yes, I am. I am taking clients for online and in-person sessions.
